Event Chairpersons Janet Klaus and Frannie Engelbert have planned a wonderful evening for Cencibel members and guests so please join us in this elegant, historically-certified mansion and experience the comfortable refinement of the past while savouring classical cuisine superbly interpreted by youthful Chef Danny Thomas. Wine pairings have been carefully selected by renowned wine expert, Herb Engelbert (Time Out for Fine Wine, on WRTI/90.1 and Tastevin Travel).

Dress is black tie & festive. Gentelmen, friends and guests are welcome to join us for this event at the members price.

We begin with butlered hors d'oeuvres in the living room, by the fire, served with some bubbly, of course! Then move to the dining room for our first course: duck confit on baby greens with toasted chestnuts and black currants. Our second course will be juniper-rubbed venison chops (reported by the tasting committee to be divine!) with red currant, pear and pinenut compote. This is followed by a cheese and fruit course, then we look forward to chocolate framboise mousse cake with rasberry coulis. Mmmmm!

Cost: $110 per person inclusive of tax & gratuity, all courses and all wines. If you have special seating requests please include this with your RSVP, along with the names of all guests coming with you. We must commit to the club, so cancellations received within one week of the event (after Dec 6) will be responsible to cover the full cost of their seat.
