As the old saying goes "Amicizia e pasta, sono meglio caldi." (Friendship and pasta are best warm.) In the spirit of friendship, fellow Cencibel member Pat Civale has invited us to her home for our July dinner. Pat has a beautiful home on over 50 acres of farmland. We'll be seated around Pat's beautiful old world dining room table together. We've hired Chef Giovanni to prepare a delicious meal. This is sure to be a fantastic and very special evening.

Each attendee is asked to bring one bottle of wine to match with a particular course and be prepared to talk briefly about it.
Pat and Hilarie will provide the bubbly for the appetizer course.
- Cost:
- Members - $53 per person (via PayPal - $55.75)
- Non-members and guests - $63 (via Pay Pal - $66.25)
- Payment covers food, tax & gratuities.
Q & A:
- Question: Why are we starting at 6:30?
- Answer: The drive may be a little farther than usual for some attendees. This will give us a little extra time. Also, we'll be having appetizers on Pat's beautiful deck (weather permitting) and would like some time to look around at the beautiful scenery. The formal sit-down dinner will start, as usual, at 7:00 pm.
- Question: Where on earth does Pat live???
- Answer: It's not as far as you think. Use MapQuest or similar for exact directions. From Philly take the Ben Franklin bridge to 295 in NJ. From Montgomery County, take the PA turnpike to the NJ turnpike and it's the 1st exit in NJ. Pat lives close to both 295 and the NJ turnpike exits. For those in Bucks county, it's even closer.
- Question: Does Pat have a wine cellar?
- Answer: Yes, and she'll show it to you if you are good :)
RSVP to Hilarie Weiss. Space will be limited so please RSVP soon for this special dinner. The deadline is Monday July 6th, but we will send out a note if we have reached our limit before that date.
YOUR PAYMENT IS YOUR RESERVATION! If we have received neither a PayPal payment or a check by the stated deadline, you will be removed from the reserved list and wait listed until payment is received. Seating cannot be guaranteed for payment received beyond the cut-off date.

Special Notes:
- Stemware: We will have two wine glasses per person. Feel free to bring additional glassware if you desire.
- Parking: Park on the gravel driveway. Go as far as you can and then turn around so you are facing out and you won't have to turn around when you are leaving.
Seating is limited so we encourage you to reserve early and avoid disappointment.
