Cencibel Celebrates Five Years!

Chef/Owner and very dear friend of Cencibel, Peter Lambline, has created a wonderful menu with Cencibel-sized portions (he swears!)...

Time: 7 PM
Format: Ladies only BYOB

MENU

Butlered Hors d'Oevres at the Bar (7-7:30PM):
Filet Mignon in Yorkshire Pudding
Smoked Magret of Duck with Mousse of Foie Gras
Crab Souffle in Pastry
Suggested Wine:  Champagne, of course!
Course 1:  Butter-Poached Lobster, Scallop and Prawn on a Lobster Essence
Suggested Wine:   White wine
Course 2:  Petite Greens with Cabernet Wine Vinaigrette
Course 3:  Tenderloin of Boar, Syrah Sauce with Truffles
Suggested Wine:   Red wine
Course 4:  An Anniversary Opera Cake, in honor of our reason for celebration!!

IMPORTANT NOTES:

  1. We have a special gift for the first 20 to sign up (our minimum for this one) in recognition of our 5 year anniversary.
     
  2. This is a Ladies Only BYOB event.
     
  3. The cost is $75 per person (tax & tip included).
     
  4. Your check (payable to Cencibel) confirms your reservation - send to Treasurer Daphne Sawyer, 357 Brookwood Rd, Downingtown, PA 19335.
     
  5. Please let us know which course you will cover wine-wise; tables will be arranged accordingly (requests welcomed, otherwise appropriate wines will be seated together).
     
  6. BYOGlasses encouraged but not required.
     
  7. Deadline for final count is 5PM, April 7th, after which time all attendees will be responsible to cover the cost of their seat.
