menu with Cencibel-sized portions (he swears!)...

- Filet Mignon in Yorkshire Pudding
- Smoked Magret of Duck with Mousse of Foie Gras
- Crab Souffle in Pastry
- Suggested Wine: Champagne, of course!

Lobster, Scallop and Prawn on a Lobster Essence
- Suggested Wine: White wine

with Cabernet Wine Vinaigrette

- We have a special gift for the first 20 to sign up (our minimum for this one) in
recognition of our 5 year anniversary.
- This is a Ladies Only BYOB event.
- The cost is $75 per person (tax & tip included).

- Please let us know which course you will cover wine-wise; tables will be arranged
accordingly (requests welcomed, otherwise appropriate wines will be seated
together).
- BYOGlasses encouraged but not required.
- Deadline for final count is 5PM, April 7th, after which time all
attendees will be responsible to cover the cost of their seat.
