Cencibel Returns to A Little Cafe

By popular demand, Cencibel's October event will feature a return to our "roots" with dinner at A Little Cafe in Voorhees, NJ, and members will bring wines and present them.
Owner/Chef Marrianne Cuneo-Powell, known for her innovative and creative cuisine, has composed a menu for us - included at the bottom of this note. She's also suggested wine pairings to get the imagination going!
You may choose between two soups and three entrees; you do not have to make a final choice on your order until the evening of the dinner. Dessert is "chef's choice," which includes your choice of a chocolate dessert or one that features a prominent fruit component, so both red and white dessert wines are appropriate. Please choose the course for which you want to pair a wine, and e-mail the event co-ordinator, Beth Sheligo, at bcs@jersey.net with your choice.

Your payment is your reservation. The cut-off date for reservations is Tuesday, October 3rd.
