Pesto stuffed Baby Bronzino wrapped in Prosciutto with Salad a la Nicoise style

Handmade Potato Gnocchi with Sun-dried Tomato Pesto and Buerre de Tomatoes (one of Max's signature dishes)
CARNE
Pan Roasted Tenderloin of Beef with Carmelized Shallot-Parmesan Fregola Sarda. Natural Jus.
FROMAGGIO
Selection of French and Italian Cheeses
DOLCE
Almond Creme Brulee
Cost will be $60 per person, including taxes and tip. As usual, each person should plan to bring a wine to go with one of the courses and tell the group why you selected that particular wine.

Willard and Chef Alex have asked for some info. on the wines we will be bringing so they can make sure we have the appropriate glasses - so let me know what wine (or type: sparkling, white, red, dessert) you plan to bring and with which course it will be paired.
