Chef Vincent Fanari, born in Nice, France, has gained world experience and praise from guests and food-critics alike. Receiving his culinary education and preliminary experience in Southern France, he took his skills first to London, and then to New England and Philadelphia. After spending ten years as Executive Chef, he decided to act on his dreams of owning and operating his own establishment. Dream Cuisine is a reflection of his cumulative experiences and creativity. The restaurant features a menu exhibiting influences of Modern French, Mediterranean and American cuisines.

Each attendee is asked to bring one bottle of wine to match with a particular course and be prepared to talk briefly about it. Seating is limited so we encourage you to reserve early and avoid disappointment.

- Non-members - $70 (via Pay Pal - $73.50)
- Payment covers food, tax & gratuities.
