with baby arugula, pear tomatoes, and walnut-shallot-champagne vinaigrette

with fresh tomato salsa and lime crema
second course
jumbo lump crabcake with cilantro-lime butter
served with avocado-roasted corn relish

seared sesame-ginger crusted tuna
with honey ponzu sauce, edamame and fried wonton
third course
grilled twin lamb chops
crusted with whole grain mustard and thyme and a rosemary-red wine demiglace
smashed fingerling potatoes
fourth course
raspberry bread pudding with bourbon-chocolate sauce and vanilla ice cream

courses will be served in flights of two plates for four people
We will follow our traditional format of member-selected wines to be paired with the menu; please bring one or two bottles (you will open only one as needed at your table) and be prepared to teach us a little about that wine - why you chose it, the grape, region, winemaker, etc., to support the educational side of our evening!
You may RSVP to Frannie Engelbert Frances Engelbert Frannie Engelbert but per our policy, your payment is your reservation. Inclusive pricing for this event is $55 per person for members & first-time guests; $65 per person for non-members. Add $2/$3 for Paypal pricing, below.
We must have at least 15 people to hold the event so your early reservation is appreciated! The cancel-by date is one week prior to the event: April 12th @ 5pm, after this time you are responsible to cover the seat and we appreciate your cooperation with this policy!
