Cencibel kicks off its 10th year at Blackfish in Conshohocken on Tuesday, February 10, 2009. With Zagat’s ratings of "extraordinary" for food and "excellent" for service, chef Charles 'Chip' Roman's cutting-edge cuisine is truly a treat. Since opening just a few years ago, Le Bec-Fin and Vetri alum Chef Roman’s artistry earned Blackfish the #3 spot in last year’s Philly Magazine top 50. One reviewer has described Roman as a "culinary wunderkind with a flair for New American fare that transcends standard without becoming alchemy."
