We’ll be celebrating at Bianca Restaurant: the new creation of Chef Dominique Filoni and his wife Sabine. You may remember Dom from Savona and the fact that he was named one of Food and Wine Magazines Best New Chefs in 2004!

This is a BYO event. We’d like to organize the wines the way we did at Savona ... i.e. everybody has the same wine with the same dish. Depending on how many people sign up, we will probably need 2 bottles of the same wine and thus will ask you to pair up. More on that later!
The price is $75 all inclusive of tax and gratuity.
Members' PayPal option is $78.
We can only have 25 people. Remember ... members have first priority. So please RSVP to Debby Allen at allenallen@aol.com as soon as possible and no later than April 1st.
