The evening will begin with the chef’s selection of appetizers served family style. Chef’s selection will likely include items such as:

- Gobi Manchurian (Sautéed cauliflower deep fried and cooked with spices)

- Chef's Platter (Assortment of vegeterian appetizers)

- Chilly Chicken (boneless chunks of chicken deep fried and cooked with Indo-Chinese sauce)

- Mango Chicken (Crisp sweet mango flavored chicken)

- Chicken Satay (chicken in peanut sauce)

- Mix Grill (marinated and charcoal oven grilled chicken/lamb/fish or shrimp)

- Tofu Shaslik (Sizzling fried Tofu in homemade sauce)

Each attendee will select their entrée from the menu, which is attached to the Cencibel event announcement or by emailing Mindy. PLEASE INDICATE YOUR ENTRÉE SELECTION WHEN YOU RSVP. Among reviewers’ favorite dishes: shrimp biryani, lamb vindaloo, lamb or chicken korma, samosas, chicken tikka masala and Paneer Makhani.

The meal will conclude with desserts and Indian "Masala Tea".

Each attendee is asked to bring one bottle of wine to match with a particular course and be prepared to talk briefly about it.

Cost:

Members - $32 per person (via PayPal - $33.75)

Non-members - $42 (via Pay Pal - $44.25)
