Chef/Owner Sean Weinberg of Restaurant Alba is planning an incredible menu especially for Cencibel, which you won't want to miss!
The concept of Alba began as an effort to create a restaurant that not only uses high quality, locally produced foods, but also offers contemporary wholesome cuisine in a sophisticated yet comfortable setting. At Alba, Sean’s contemporary cuisine focuses on seasonal ingredients. Dishes are simply prepared and cooked over a state-of-the-art wood-burning grill. This allows the true flavors of the food to stand out while being enhanced by a live hickory and mesquite wood fire, a concept found throughout the countryside of Europe. (excerpt from Alba website)
Restaurant Alba received a food rating of 27 out of a possible 30 (same as Le Bec Fin) in Zagat's 2009 review. Only seven other restaurants in Philadelphia and surrounding area have received a higher rating!
Chef Weinberg has chosen a French theme. Each attendee will have a choice that evening within the following groups:
